First and foremost, Nick was not our Agent !! We seen a home that we wanted to see and called the number, we meet Nick at the home very pleasant and knowledgeable about the property. He asked did we have a Agent, we said No but after viewing of the home he had this common nature and present about himself in which my husband and I loved. Nick basically sold, what I would consider, a hopeless cause of a house. There were people who told me it would be near impossible to sell due to various factors and years of neglect. However, he gave me great advice, helped me find a contractor in my budget, and navigated a bunch of other very specific nuances with ease and without judgement! I did some shopping around before deciding to go with Nick as my real estate agent. I am glad I did. He responded very quickly anytime I found a place I wanted to view and we would usually see it the next day. He was great at pointing out the good and bad points of each place. Once I decided to make an offer on a place the closing process became complicated with additional repairs needed before we could comfortably close on the house, but Nick helped me navigate it and in the end I got a good deal on a place that I am very happy with.
